Course Curriculum

The curriculum has been designed to cover the conceptual and quantitative skills needed by the healthcare managers in high performing contemporary hospitals.  The programme combines classroom teaching with hands on training in the hospital and case studies. The formal course work is divided into four semesters, with an internal assessment at the end of Semester 1 and 3 and Annual University examination at the end of First Year (Semester 2) and Final year (Semester 4) respectively. The four broad subject areas covered are General Management, Health Administration, Hospital : Planning, Project and Management & Management of Clinical and Non Clinical Services. The Project based Hospital training is mandatory in the final year.
